Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We are offering an introductory flat rate of $4.95 for all items shipped
to the same address. Estimated delivery time is 2 to 9 business days.
Note: At this time we can only ship to Canadian residents.
Returns
Giant Tiger Online will accept online purchase(s) returns of defective
merchandise or erroneously shipped items only. We will replace the defective
merchandise with the same title and format. If the same title and format
is not available, Giant Tiger Online will issue you a credit note or refund
your money. Giant Tiger Online will issue a refund within 48 hours of
receiving your returned order. Refunds include shipping, and are issued
against the same payment method used to pay for the original order.
All claims must be made within 30 days of receipt.
