We collect personal information that the visitor chooses to provide voluntarily when using any of the Giant Tiger websites. GTboutique.com will accept returns of defective merchandise or erroneously shippied items only. We will replace the defective merchandise with the same title and format. If the same title and format is not available, GTboutique.com will issue you a credit not or refund your money. All claims must be made within 30 days of receipt.

GTboutique.com will issue a refund within 48 hours of receiving your returned order. Refunds include shipping, and are issue agains the same payment method used to pay for the original order.
